Had so much fun making Spicy Shrimp for lunch. You know I buy only DRY PACKED raw in the shell frozen shrimp from a reputable fishmonger. As always I was in a big toot hurry and didn't want to follow directions of thawing my shrimp and tossing it in the spices.

My lips would swell up to three times their normal size within minutes of eating any shellfish. And my eyes would itch like crazy -- wouldn't you say I was truly allergic to shellfish? So, I missed not eating sweet shrimp, lobster, scallops etc. for years. Until I met a female fishmonger who set me straight.
