Since a made a variation of this recipe today for a mid-day snack I had to share.
Instead of raisins I use Low-sugar dried Cranberries and a hand full of toasted English Walnuts. The walnuts I toasted over low heat in a separate ceramic lined skillet. I still added a sprinkle of toasted coconut on top.
