Recently a woman asked me how I felt about Deli Meats? I told her I quite eating them 10 years earlier because I had the opportunity to actually read the label on a package of smoked turkey. I was visiting my daughter on the east coast and doing the grocery shopping. She had several deli meats on her list and the line at the deli counter was long.
