One more reason NOT to eat Farm Raised Salmon. It sure doesn't look like the one above. This one came from the WILD FRESH waters of Alaska.
Lots of studies show salmon, or any fish for that matter, raised in tanks on land, or in net farms in the ocean digest more pollutants, plastics and pesticides.
Plus they are feed a diet of corn and soy. Foods not NORMALLY eaten by wild fish. Plus, we all know, 80-90% of ALL corn & soy grown in the USA has been genetically modified to accept Round-up, NOT a good thing to ingest.
I personally stick to Sockeye Salmon not only because it is WILD but it taste better by far. See the difference in Sockeye and common salmon on page 7 in Volume 3. You'll be surprise to see just how Quick & E-Z it is to get on the table. Plus a recipe with fennel and baby lettuce can be found in Volume 2 on page 23.
